I currently live in Deeping st James (Nr Peterborough) and am relocating to Sheffield. I have a move date of 01 April 2011 into a rental accommodation and require to move the contents of my house down south to Sheffield. I do not have alot of furniture to move, so this would not be a big job, only a distance to travel. The contents that I would need to transport is as follows:
Sofa
Chair
2 x 3 argos Livingroom wall units
TV and stand
Sofabed base
Double matress
chest of draws, bed side cabinette
Wardrobe (dismantalled)
Freezer
Washing machine
about 20 Lyreco office boxes of belongings
The new property if in South Sheffield, in Handsworth, very close to Rotherham so would not involve driving throught the centre of the City. I would look to obtain assistance at both ends to assist with loading the above if that would help both with labour and cost.
If you are able to offer me a reasonable cost then I would be most grateful to hear from you. I dare say that this job would be fairly easy for someone with the right transport who doesn't mind a trip up and down the A1 / A57 on a spring day.
