Description
In 1930, William Grace set up in business. He
was only 23 years old, and he sold his much-loved motor cycle and
invested in a 1926 one-ton van and started moving pianos and furniture.
For part of the Second World War his removal vans were requisitioned for use as ARP ambulances and delivery trucks. After the war William Grace found himself with a rapidly expanding business moving professional firms to new offices and families to new homes.
